TriLegacy Group Holding SAL

A Lebanese holding company created to gather the family's real estate, company shares and investments under one roof. The family has traded, imported and distributed between Lebanon and West Africa for three generations; TriLegacy is where what that work produced is kept.

The company owns; it does not operate. Operating businesses keep their own management. TriLegacy sets the governance, consolidates the accounts and holds the assets.
